PT DAHANA inaugurated major staffers Tatali Wargi DAHANA organization on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the DAHANA Campus Auditorium, Subang, West Java. The DAHANA Board of Directors inaugurated Arum Manggarsari, who is also the wife of DAHANA’s President Director Syaifuddin, as the new Chairperson of Tatali Wargi.

PT DAHANA President Director stated in his remarks that the company welcomed the inauguration of the Tatali Wargi management. He also emphasized that Tatali Wargi DAHANA can carry out its function as a tie for friendship, become a driving force and strengthen the role of women with a spirit of mutual cooperation in the family, organization and community environment.

“Hopefully, the work program that will be prepared later can be useful, measurable in terms of the management’s abilities so that it does not interfere with the main duties as a wife or mother,” said Mr Syaifuddin in his remarks.

Meanwhile, Arum Manggarsari said, Tatali Wargi DAHANA is a women’s organization of DAHANA employees’ wives. She hoped that Tatali Wargi can help encourage their partners to be more productive in developing and advancing Indonesia’s explosives mecca company.

“We hope that Tatali Wargi can be a DAHANA women’s organization that can help their partners to be more productive in the company. In addition, it can also provide benefits to the surrounding area and the environment,” said Mrs Manggarsari.

At the event, the Human Capital Management (HCM) section of PT DAHANA read out the Decree of the DAHANA Board of Directors concerning the Composition of the new Tatali Wargi Management. To organize the management, Mrs Manggarsari is accompanied by 3 Chairpersons, namely Yuliantina (Chairperson I), Nadlif Fachrun Nisa (Chairperson II), and Herni Kohara (Chairperson III)

In addition, the new management structure is also equipped with three fields, namely the education field chaired by Lilis Rahayu, the economic field chaired by Ayu Listiana Dewi, the social field chaired by Dhina Fitriani, and the Secretary and Treasurer held by Utami Dewi and Neneng Nenglia respectively.

As a new administrator, Mrs Manggarsari also said that she would work to make some perfection the previous Tatali Wargi management. Programs that are considered good will be continued under her leadership while adding useful programs that did not exist in the previous period.

“Congratulations to all the new administrators, hopefully we can work together to bring the Tatali Wargi organization to be useful, both for the surrounding area, members, and the environment,” concluded Mrs Manggarsari.

After the inauguration, the event continued with the inauguration of the Tatali Wargi office located in the PT DAHANA official housing area. The inauguration was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Tatali Wargi leaders and continued with the cutting of tumpeng by the President Director at the Tatali Wargi DAHANA office.
