PT DAHANA participated in the Len Culture Festival, which aimed to celebrate and internalize the core values of BUMN AKHLAK through engaging experiences. The festival took place from November 1 to 2, 2024, at Graha Len in Bandung, West Java.
Agus Setiabudi, DAHANA’s Senior Manager for Human Capital Development, welcomed the Len Culture Festival. He emphasized the importance of the AKHLAK internalization campaign in all DEFEND ID activities, particularly when approached in a fun manner. “We thank PT Len Industri (Persero) for inviting us to participate in this event. It is crucial for strengthening the internalization of AKHLAK values across all DEFEND ID companies. We hope DEFEND ID can serve as a model for all SOEs in joyfully implementing AKHLAK,” stated Mr. Setiabudi.
The Len Culture Festival is designed to enhance the understanding and application of AKHLAK values—Trusted, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative—within work and daily interactions. It also aims to motivate and inspire employees to maintain their commitment to these values.
Furthermore, the festival strengthens organizational identity and culture through a collective celebration that showcases a commitment to AKHLAK values. It is part of a series of events commemorating the 33rd anniversary of PT Len Industri (Persero).
Mr. Setiabudi noted that PT DAHANA, as a member of DEFEND ID, has developed a system for internalizing AKHLAK values within the company through the DAHANA AKHLAK Score Improvement (DASI) initiative, along with related coaching and mentoring.
“Since the Minister of SOEs issued a policy on core AKHLAK values, DAHANA has taken a proactive approach to support it. We have implemented various innovations to ensure these values are effectively applied in the company. We believe that by adopting AKHLAK, the company can advance and grow with integrity,” added Mr. Setiabudi.
At the Len Culture Festival, DAHANA also showcased its explosives products and services, including commercial and military offerings such as Dabex, Nonel, Danfo, related accessories, Defense Rocket mockups, and Bomb P series mockups.
