As the year comes to a close, Dahana’s Jakarta Office held a wellness program for its employees, dubbed “Rabu Rame-Rame Bergerak” (BuRGer). The event, themed “Echoing: Moving and Getting to Know Each Other,” took place at Tebet Ecopark on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
Dahana’s Director of Operations, Abdul Haris Atbaro, expressed appreciation for the committee’s efforts in organizing BuRGer. He emphasized that employee fitness programs are vital for a company like Dahana, which operates in high-risk environments. A healthy body and focused mindset form the foundation of the company’s operational success.
“This activity demonstrates our commitment to keeping employees fit and healthy. I hope BuRGer activities can become regular events and inspire our staff to maintain their health, whether through company-sponsored programs or independently. This not only boosts productivity but also enhances the mental and physical well-being of our colleagues,” said Mr Atbaro.
For this BuRGer session, the committee organized an engaging program. Employees from the Jakarta office were divided into groups and teams to complete missions across three stations that featured fun and healthy games.
At the first station, participants engaged in a fun race before running to the second station. Upon arrival, they played a puzzle game, where they assembled pieces one by one to complete the puzzle. Next, they participated in “Tarung” (Sarong Relay). The enthusiasm of all participants added to the lively atmosphere of BuRGer, and it was clear that everyone enjoyed the games.
On this occasion, the person in charge of BuRGer Jakarta, Mutia Pratiwi, noted that the games aimed to encourage employees to stay active, maintain their health, and foster a sense of happiness while providing a warm environment for socializing among colleagues at the Dahana Jakarta Office.
“We would like to thank Dahana management for their support, the committee, and of course, our fellow employees for their enthusiastic participation in this event. We hope that this BuRGer event inspires everyone to stay healthy and happy,” said Ms Pratiwi.
