PT Dahana officially held an Exposure and Handover of the Draft Complex-Level Archival Guidelines from the Center for Data, Information, and Technical Services of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). This event took place at the PT Dahana office in Jakarta on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. This event was marked by the signing of the Minutes of Handover (BAST) of the drafting of the Complex-Level Archival Guidelines.
The event was attended by PT Dahana’s General Manager and Corporate Secretary, Erwin Cipta Mulyana, as well as the Head of the Center for Data, Information, and Technical Services of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), Suminarsih, and her team. The submission of this draft guideline marks the final stage in the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between PT Dahana and the ANRI’s Data and Information Technology Center (Pusdatinjastek), which began on February 24, 2026.
In his remarks, PT Dahana’s General Manager and Corporate Secretary, Erwin Cipta Mulyana, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to ANRI for the support and guidance provided during the process of developing the archival guidelines.
“Recognizing the important role of archives as a source of information and a form of corporate accountability, we are committed to building a more structured, integrated archival system that aligns with the principles of good corporate governance. As a first step, the company has decided to develop Archival Guidelines as a foundation for more orderly and sustainable archival management, while also supporting digital transformation efforts through the planned development of an e-Archives system within PT Dahana,” said Erwin.
Meanwhile, Suminarsih, Head of the Center for Data, Information, and Technical Services for Archives at the Indonesian National Archives (ANRI), emphasized the importance of implementing good corporate archival governance in accordance with archive management principles to maintain accountability, transparency, and information sustainability, while supporting effective decision-making.
“We appreciate PT Dahana’s commitment to developing an archival system. We hope this draft guideline will serve as a foundation for systematic, integrated archive management that will support the organization’s future needs,” Suminarsih stated.
