PT Dahana held an Anti-Corruption Talk Show in observance of the World Anti-Corruption Day (HAKORDIA) 2025. The theme was “Business Ethics without Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism: Building Integrity for the Future of PT Dahana.” The event took place in a hybrid format at the Dahana Auditorium on Monday, December 15, 2025.
In his opening remarks, PT Dahana’s Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources, Mohamad Nur Sodiq, emphasized that integrity is a company’s most valuable asset for gaining the trust of consumers and regulators. He highlighted the importance of this talk show in raising employee awareness about the fight against corruption.
“This HAKORDIA commemoration is not just a ceremony; it serves as a collective reminder that integrity is non-negotiable. Dahana is firmly committed to implementing best practices in Good Corporate Governance, which are founded on integrity, accountability, and transparency, while ensuring that we are free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism,” said Mr Sodiq.
The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team introduced two prominent anti-corruption advocates in Indonesia: Mr Waluyo, the Deputy for Prevention at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from 2004 to 2008, and the Acting Deputy Chairman of the KPK in 2009, along with Mr Sujanarko, the former Director of Inter-Commission and Agency Network Development at the KPK. They discussed strengthening anti-corruption values, early detection, and prevention measures within companies.
As part of its anti-corruption commitment, Dahana has implemented the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP), established an Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP), and developed a Whistleblowing System (WBS) as steps towards becoming a sustainable, corruption-free organization.
During the event, the GRC Team also screened a video about Dahana’s Whistleblowing System, which aims to raise awareness of the significance of anti-corruption measures within the company and to remind everyone of the application available for reporting such incidents confidentially.
The WBS is designed to provide a secure and confidential means for reporting suspected violations without the risk of retaliation. It operates independently and serves as an official channel for all Dahana employees, business partners, and the wider public to report any suspected legal violations, ethical breaches, or internal company policy violations.
The reporting scope includes serious irregularities such as corruption, gratuities, bribery, fraud, abuse of authority or company assets, conflicts of interest, ethical violations, falsification of documents and financial reports, as well as incidents of discrimination or harassment, violations of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices, and other actions harmful to the company or contrary to the values upheld by the State-Owned Enterprises.
Reports can be submitted through several official channels: via email (wbs@dahana.id), sending mail to PT Dahana’s WBS Unit, or through the online form available on Dahana’s official website. The company ensures the confidentiality of the identity of reporters and the content of their reports, providing full protection from intimidation or discrimination to whistleblowers acting in good faith, in accordance with the principles of objectivity and the presumption of innocence.
Furthermore, Mr Sodiq reiterated that Dahana applies a zero-tolerance policy for bribery and other forms of corruption. He encouraged employees to report any misconduct, assuring them that their confidentiality would be maintained.
“We hope that this HAKORDIA commemoration is not viewed merely as an annual event but instead serves as a genuine platform for all of us to internalize anti-corruption values. May Allah protect us from all forms of deviation, allowing us to sustain the company’s integrity,” said Mr Sodiq.
