Syah Rizal M. Akmal, the Team Leader from Sucofindo Auditor Team, stated that Phase 1 of the SMAP Audit will span three days, from Wednesday to Friday. The main focus of this phase is to evaluate the system, documentation, and the implementation of SMAP within PT DAHANA.

Alhamdulillah, we are able to hold the opening meeting for the SMAP ISO 37001:2016 surveillance audit. This is my first time conducting an audit at PT DAHANA, and on behalf of PT Sucofindo, I would like to express our gratitude for the trust placed in us,” said Mr Akmal.

During this audit process, the auditor team will ensure that the implementation of SMAP at PT DAHANA aligns with the applicable standards and requirements. The evaluation will encompass information, documentation, implementation, and the ongoing maintenance of the system by the organization. It is anticipated that this sixth audit will lead to further improvements in the implementation of SMAP within the company.

“Our SMAP system has reached its fifth year with six audits conducted. We hope that after this sixth audit, there will be continuous improvements in the implementation of SMAP at PT DAHANA,” added Mr Akmal.

Prior to the audit, all departmental units at PT DAHANA made sure they were well-prepared with the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth audit process. Proper documentation is essential to ensure that all aspects of SMAP are compliant with established regulations.
