PT DAHANA (Persero) has achieved a positive outcome in its corporate governance practices, securing a score of 90.2 and a rating of “Very Good” in the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) assessment for the 2025 fiscal year.
This achievement was announced during the GCG assessment exit meeting for the 2025 fiscal year, held virtually on September 23, 2025. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), PT LEN (Industri), as well as the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of PT DAHANA (Persero). Prior to this, DAHANA had also conducted a pre-exit meeting in Jakarta on September 17, 2025.
The exit meeting serves as a crucial component of the corporate governance evaluation process. Beyond reviewing accomplishments, it provides a forum to discuss areas for improvement, recommendations, and concrete, measurable corrective actions designed to enhance the quality of GCG implementation in the coming year.
Mohammad Nur Sodiq, Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources at PT DAHANA (Persero), stated that this achievement reflects the collective commitment of all corporate organs to strengthening governance implementation.
“This achievement is the result of a shared commitment across all parts of the company to strengthen the implementation of corporate governance. The assessment process is viewed not merely as the fulfillment of a corporate obligation, but as an instrument to gauge the quality of GCG implementation, identify gaps, and formulate necessary, sustainable improvements,” said Sodiq.
According to him, the implementation of GCG is an integral part of the company’s efforts to build a management framework that is transparent, accountable, compliant, and sustainable. Concluding the series of activities, the President Director of PT DAHANA (Persero), Hary Irmawan, stated that the results of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) assessment for the 2025 fiscal year serve not only as an acknowledgment of the efforts already made but also as a responsibility for every member of the DAHANA team to continue upholding and enhancing the quality of corporate governance implementation.
“We should be grateful for this achievement, as it stands as proof of our collective commitment to building increasingly robust corporate governance. However, the score obtained is not the ultimate goal. What matters more is ensuring that GCG principles are truly integrated into our work culture, serving as the foundation for every business process and decision-making activity within the Company. Moving forward, we are committed to consistently following up on all recommendations and areas for improvement, so that the implementation of GCG continues to support the Company’s performance, sustainability, and value creation for both the organization and all its stakeholders,” Hary concluded.
