Bali, January 9, 2025 – PT DAHANA received appreciation and commendations for its significant achievements over the past years. Bobby Rasyidin, President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) and Series B Shareholder of PT DAHANA, expressed this appreciation at the opening of the 2025 Annual Work Meeting in Bali.
In his speech, Mr Rasyidin urged DAHANA not to become complacent with its successes. He encouraged the Company to leverage its achievements as a foundation for further enhancement of its position as Indonesia’s leader in explosives and to expand its influence in the global market.
“Continue to innovate, diversify your products, explore intensively, and seek new markets. DAHANA must also enhance engagement with consumers to ensure the Company’s valuation continues to grow,” said Mr Rasyidin.
Meanwhile, Khasan Anwari, the Young State Corporate Governance Manager representing Series A Shareholders from the Indonesian Ministry of SOEs, highlighted the importance of incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into DAHANA’s 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP). Mr Anwari expressed his hope that DAHANA would not only evolve into a developed company but also exert a positive influence on the environment, society, and corporate governance.
“We aspire for SOEs, particularly DAHANA, to set an exemplary standard in implementing ESG practices,” Mr Anwari stated.
Additionally, Series A Shareholders expect DAHANA to support the Champion program aimed at developing the defense industry ecosystem. As a key player in Defend ID’s performance, DAHANA is anticipated to enhance its contributions to this sector.
The theme of DAHANA’s 2025 Annual Work Meeting, “Enhancing Competitiveness and Business Expansion through Innovative Strategies for Sustainable Growth,” underscores the significance of strategic innovation for sustainable business development. This innovation includes the creation of new ideas, products, services, or business models that enhance competitiveness and open up new business opportunities.

The Annual Work Meeting took place from January 9-11, 2025, in Bali. In attendance were the Board of Commissioners, comprising Wahyudi Hidayat, Rizky Olyvia Nasution, Rusdianto, and Wildan Widarman, along with their respective staff. The complete Board of Directors included Hary Irmawan (President Director), Mohamad Nur Sodiq (Director of Finance, MR, and HR), Yusep Nugraha (Director of Technology and Development), and Abdul Haris Atbaro (Director of Operations).
