PT DAHANA has again been certified the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) Certificate. The certificate was handed over directly by Gassing as Head of PT Sucofindo Bandung Branch to Acting President Director of PT DAHANA Ahyanizzaman at the DAHANA Campus, Subang on Thursday, June 27, 2024.

Mr Ahyanizzaman said that DAHANA started implementing SMAP in 2020 and ended in October 2023. Therefore, the Company immediately applied for recertification of the ISO 37001:2016 and today the certificate was again granted to DAHANA.

“Re-certification of expred ISO 37001: 2016 which has expired is one of the important steps that must be taken. By implementing the system, it is expected to prevent and minimize problems related to corruption to make sure they can be reduced or even eliminated,” said Mr Ahyanizzaman.

Mr Ahyanizzaman also hoped that in the future SMAP will continue to exist in DAHANA not only in the form of Certification, but also serves as new culture in every business process at PT DAHANA and increase awareness of DAHANA personnel in view of implementation of anti-bribery practices based on the 4 NO’S principles, namely No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, and No Luxurious Hospitality.

“We would like to thank all members of the FKAP Team who have helped us achieve the latest SMAP DAHANA Certification from PT Sucofindo,” said Mr Ahyanizzaman.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP) of PT DAHANA, Ahmad Fachruddin explained that before the SMAP audit was carried out by PT Sucofindo, the FKAP DAHANA had carried out various recertification preparations.

“Such as issuing the FKAP Order Letter, FKAP Inaugural Meeting, SMAP In-House Training, SMAP Audit Kick-off Meeting, and preparing documents and other needs related to the SMAP Audit from PT Sucofindo,” said Mr Fachruddin.

As a state-owned company, SMAP certification is an implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2018 on the National Strategy for Corruption Prevention, and Circular Letter of the Minister of SOEs Number SE-2/MBU/07/2019 on Clean Management of State-Owned Enterprises by Means of Implementation of Prevention of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, and Handling of Conflicts of Interest and Strengthening Internal Supervision.

The SMAP recertification audit was carried out in all DAHANA departments in face-to-face meetings and virtual meetings from January 31 to February 2, 2024. DAHANA new certificate was issued on March 31, 2024 and is valid until October 4, 2026.
