Together with Dahana, 240 High-Achieving Students Step Toward the Future

To mark its 60th anniversary, PT Dahana (Persero) awarded “Achievement Scholarships” to 240 high-achieving students living near the company’s operational areas, demonstrating its commitment to improving the quality of education. The scholarships were distributed to 60 students in each of four regions: the Semen Baturaja Project Site (South Sumatra), the Multi Harapan Utama Project Site (East Kalimantan), the Jhonlin Baratama Project Site (South Kalimantan), and Dahana’s Head Office in Subang (West Java).

Specifically in Subang, the scholarship presentation took place on August 19, 2026, during the launch of the Electronic Detonator and the reopening of the Booster Plant at the PT Dahana (Persero) Auditorium.

PT Dahana (Persero) President Director Hary Irmawan stated that this program serves as both an expression of appreciation and a source of encouragement for the younger generation to pursue their dreams.

“We want children living near Dahana’s operational areas to have the spirit to keep dreaming and pursuing their aspirations. Their achievements deserve recognition. Hopefully, this Achievement Scholarship will motivate them to continue learning and reach even greater heights,” said Hary.

Mohamad Nur Sodiq, Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR at PT Dahana (Persero), added that every child possesses potential that needs to be nurtured.

“Every child has potential that needs to be encouraged. Through this program, Dahana recognizes those who have worked hard in their education. We hope the students will be further motivated to learn, develop themselves, and never stop pursuing their dreams,” Sodiq stated.

Febriyana Dzaki L, a student at SMPN 1 Subang and one of the scholarship recipients, expressed gratitude for the support.

“I am very happy and grateful to receive the Achievement Scholarship from Dahana. It has boosted my enthusiasm for learning and pursuing my goals. Thank you to PT Dahana for supporting us,” said Febriyana. Through this program, Dahana hopes to continue contributing to education while delivering sustainable benefits to the community. From South Sumatra, East Kalimantan, and South Kalimantan to Subang, Dahana carries the same spirit: growing alongside the community and opening up opportunities for students to step toward the future.
