DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Unit supplied snack packages for breaking the fast (takjil) to the people of Subang. This year’s regular activity was held at the Subang Grand Mosque, on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
DAHANA’s SER Chairman, Eman Suherman said that the supply of takjil every Ramadan has become the culture of the Company’s SER unit. Apart from easing the burden on the community’s economy, the distribution of takjil is also a form of the Company’s support to the socio-religious sector, especially to the people of Subang.
“We hope that the distribution of takjil from DAHANA can also encourage the community to share with each other, especially during this blessed month. Sharing will certainly strengthen our value of mutual cooperation as Indonesians. Hopefully this takjil can provide benefits and blessings for recipients, “said Mr Suherman.
Mr Suherman also explained that the takjil packages were purchased from the SME fostered partners in and therefore, in addition to providing benefits to takjil recipients, this was a way of absorption of products from fostered partners SME, while at the same time encouraging the economic turnover of the fostered partners.
“Hopefully during this holy month of Ramadan, we will not only be able to increase our personal worship, but also increase our social worship, so that Ramadan can leave an impact on society at large,” concluded Mr Suherman.
