Republic of Indonesia Minister of State-owned Enterprises (SoE), Rini Soemarno, at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT DAHANA (Persero), discharged and appointed President Commissioner of PT DAHANA (Persero). The inauguration was marked by the receipt of a Decree which was carried out on the 3rd Floor of the SoE Ministry Building, Jl. Merdeka Selatan, Monday, April 22, 2019.
The appointment of the President Commissioner of a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the explosives Industry is based on Decree Number: SK – 81 / MBU / 04/2019 on Discharge and Appointment of the President Commissioner of the PT DAHANA Company.
Previously, the position of the Chief Commissioner of DAHANA was held by Air Force Marshal Hadiyan Sumintaatmadja then replaced by Vice Admiral TNI Agus Setiadji, S.AP. M.A who also serves as Secretary General of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense.
At a modest inauguration, Hadiyan, who was a graduate of the 1983 Air Force Academy, conveyed that his first experience as President Commissioner of PT DAHANA (Persero) was a priceless experience.
“This is an experience that has no value, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have demonstrated an outstanding in their performance that simply enable DAHANA to continue to make a profit. In the future DAHANA must continue to be committed to this advantage, “said the Air Force’s former Deputy Chief of Staff.
Agus Setiadji as the new President Commissioner of PT DAHANA (Persero) stated that Hadiyan had given remarkable contribution to DAHANA and he promised to carry out the mandate as DAHANA’s President Commissioner in a maximum way. In addition, Agus also hoped that the prevailing established good communication could continue well.
“I hope that the communication that has been maintained by Mr. Hadiyan and the Ministry of BUMN, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors will sustain. It is also my hope that the Ministry of State-owned Enterprises will continue to cooperate with DAHANA to make sure that so that PT DAHANA (Persero) can run in an optimum way,” he said.
During the event, the SoE Ministry was represented by the Deputy of Mining, Strategic Industry and Media Business F. Harry Sampurno, while the Management of PT DAHANA (Persero) was represented President Director Budi Antono, Operations Director Bambang Agung, Director of Finance and HR Asmorohadi, and the Board Commissioner Rina Moreta and Rizky Ferianto.
