In order to extend the certificate of Management System of , OHS and Environment, PT DAHANA (Persero) cooperates with PT SGS Indonesia for recertification the three management systems applied at DAHANA. The virtual recertification process lasted for 5 days from July 5 to July 9, 2021.

The three Management Systems under recertification included the ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System, the ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management System, and the ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

The kick off meeting for the recertification process was officially opened by DAHANA’s Director of Technology & Development, Wildan Widarman on Monday, July 5, 2021. In his remarks, Wildan said that the recertification of the three Management Systems was very important for DAHANA as the audit process would serve to test the feasibility between the facts in the fields and the clauses contained in the Management System.

This recertification is meant to obtain input for the company to identify the processes which needs to be improved, and the gap between conditions in the company and the applicable management system criteria.

“I advise that the facts in the field should be in accordance with the policies contained in the respective Management Systems, considering that DAHANA is one of the national vital objects engaged in the high-energy materials sector,” said Wildan.

In view of the implementation of the correct management system, Wildan hoped that DAHANA would be able to satisfy DAHANA’s partners and customers and  improve the company’s performance.

“This is in line Mr Erick Thohir’s message that not only should state-owned companies be able to survive, but also win competition in the global market,” concluded Wildan. (rmt)
