Dozens of PT DAHANA (Persero)’s employees who are members of the DAHANA Bikers Community (Kombi) distributed fast-breaking (iftar) packages to the public in front of SMKN 1 Subang on Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim, Wednesday, May 5, 2021.
Ian Rendy Sebayang, Head of DAHANA’s Kombi explained, this iftar package distribution event was made possible by collaboration of DAHANA and Subang Region’s Quick Response Action (ACT) distribution of which to the community involves DAHANA’s Kombi.
“Kombi is in charge of distribution of iftar package to make sure that the distribution is right on target, namely freelancers such as public transportation drivers, street sweepers, buskers and others,” said Rendy.
Rendy also said that Kombi frequently involves in the Company’s social activities that are part of DAHANA’s Social and Environmental Responsibility program.
Some other community social programs that also involve Kombi include the delivery of aid to flood victims at Pamanukan, donations to orphanage foundations, and programs for prevention of the spread of the corona virus by distributing free masks to the public.
“Thank God, Kombi members have always been enthusiastic in performing community movements and other positive activities. Hopefully this will bring blessings to all of us,” concluded Rendy. (rmt)
