State-owned Enterprises incorporated into the Defense Industry cluster, namely PT DAHANA (Persero), PT Len Industri (Persero), PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pindad (Persero) held an SME  Sharing Session under the topic “Innovation and Business Spirit for the Awakening of MSEs during the Pandemic” which was held virtually on March 17, 2021.

Each SOE for this event was represented by an outstanding fostered partner to share experiences in running a business amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dwi Mustika, DAHANA’s fostered partner running the coffee business with the trademark Hofland Coffee, became DAHANA’s representative in this Sharing Session. Dwi became DAHANA’s fostered partner in 2020. She  shared his experiences in running a business as DAHANA’s fostered partner.

“The great benefit after becoming DAHANA’s fostered partners is the assistance in facilities for participating in exhibitions. Thanks God, in February, Hofland Coffee had the opportunity to take part in the International coffee exhibition in Dubai, “said Dwi.

“This is certainly a matter of pride to me, with a business that has only been running for three years, my brand is already well known and standing side by side with the existing big brands.

“With various facilities provided by DAHANA for its fostered partners, thanks God, my Hofland coffee business is growing and can make Subang proud with local coffee products,” Dwi said.

As a state-owned company, DAHANA has the mandate to implement the Creating Shared Value (CSV) in order to grow with the community. DAHANA has never stopped developing all of its efforts not only to develop the company, but also help develop Indonesian people, especially the people of Subang.

Eman Suherman, Head of DAHANA’s Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) said that this program is DAHANA’s commitment to encourage local products to penetrate the global market.

“If DAHANA is a trademark for Subang in the SOEs sector, then Hofland is a trademark for Subang in coffee,” Eman hoped. (rmt)
