Starting September 2019, there has been a different scene in the PT Dahana (Persero) Campus area. New faces dressed in white-black clothes were seen in the DAHANA campus area; unfamiliar faces that were strangers to employees in the DAHANA Campus area.
They were apparently the prospective employees of Dahana. A total of 19 people are taking part in the Company Introduction Orientation (OPP) activity organized by the Human Resources & Organizational Development Section of PT DAHANA (Persero) for 5 days, starting on Monday, September 2, 2019.
Ayudia Sasmaya Nazwar, the committee representing DAHANA’HRD andOrganization Section explained that they were DAHANA prospective employees who had passed the selection of recruitment programs with SOEs held since last March. Of the 94 participants who passed the initial stage, only 19 people passed the final stage.
“These participants are prospective DAHANA employees who have been participating in OPP activities for 5 days. During this OPP activity, participants will get introduced to DAHANA from various angles, starting from the environmental, cultural, and business lines of DAHANA,” Ayu explained.
After participating in the OPP period, these prospective employees will participate in Defending the Country program with FHCI for a week. The event lasted from 8 to 13 September 2019 in the Hartono Marine Marines area, Cilandak, South Jakarta. (rmt)
