A total of 19 students attended the closing of PT DAHANA (Persero) Certified Internship Program (CIP) Batch 1). The event, which was held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, took place at the DAHANA Education and Training Building, Subang, West Java. In addition to CIP participants, PT DAHANA (Persero)’s Corporate Secretary Asep Maskandar and HRD and Organization Senior Manager Bayu Anggoro.

CIP is a program launched by the Ministry of SOEs through the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) which represents SOEs Presence for the Country that aims to increase human resources to meet the needs of the current industry.

DAHANA CIP Committee, Cecep Ahmad Fauzi explained that there were 19 students attending CIP in Dahana for 6 months. The 19 students originated from 7 universities in Indonesia, namely Subang University, STIE Sutaatmadja Subang, ITB, Indonesian University of Education, Singapore University of Karawang, University of Indonesia and Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh.

In his remarks, Asep Maskandar who represented the management of PT DAHANA (Persero) advised the CIP participants to continue to develop their potentials

“Never stop developing your potentials. Remember that competition in the industrial world today is getting tougher. Don’t step back. Move forward to learn and innovate. It is our hope that knowledge and experience that you gained during the CIP at can be useful for your future,” Asep advised .
