To gain assurance of employee’s health, PT DAHANA (Persero)’s Human Resources & Organizational Development Division (PSDMO) worked in collaboration with Kimia Farma to organize the Annual Medical Check Up be held from 8 to 9 December 2021 at Bale DAHANA, Subang.
Abdul Latip from DAHANA’s PSDMO Section said, as a state-owned company, DAHANA has the interest in collaborating with various SOEs including Kimia Farma. The Annual Medical Check Up (MCU) is one part of the collaborative work that has been on for years by DAHANA and Kimia Farma.
“This employee MCU is a routine activity organized by PSDMO DAHANA for all DAHANA employees, both permanent employees and contract and support employees. The collaborative work between DAHANA and Kimia Farma in employee MCU was established in 2013,” said Mr Latip.
This year the Medical Check Up activity came in two parts. The Wednesday, December 8, 2021session was intended for permanent employees, cooperatives, office supporters, and drivers while Thursday, December 9, 2021 session was available for KPU/Production, nursery supporters, Fashar and SGRS.
The employees of the company engaged in the explosives industry received health check facilities from Kimia Farma which covered examination on blood, urine, eyes, and general physical, EKG, X-rays, and blood sugar examination.
Mr Latip also explained that employees unable to attend the scheduled MCU can attend a medical check-up at the nearest Kimia Farma clinic with prior notification to PSDMO Section. This SOEs collaborative activity was welcomed by DAHANA employees.
“Thank God, every year DAHANA’s employees are scheduled for the MCU to ensure that all DAHANA employees are in a good physical state. Apart from that, Kimia Farma as DAHANA’s partner in organization of the MCU has performed and excellent related service,” said Ferry Hidayat, a DAHANA employee.
