PT DAHANA gave an In-House Training (IHT) on the Maintenance and Operation of the truck unit which the company applied as Mobile Manufacturing Truck (MMT). The training which was held from 11t to14 May 2022 in the Class Room of the DAHANA Subang Campus, was attended by MMT operators from the Company’s project sites.
Anwar Sanusi, DAHANA’s Talent Management Manager explained, “This IHT is the company’s effort to help increase DAHANA’s personnel’s skills and knowledge, especially for operators who are directly related to unit operations in the field. On this occasion, 20 MMT operators from the DAHANA project site participated in IHT activities.
“This IHT is organized as an effort to ensure that MMT operators comprehend preventive measures and unit maintenance to help extend the life of units and machines by estimating damage or failure. The implementation of this process can assure reliable and efficient performance of units and equipment, by making sure that units and equipment work well and when it is needed, “said Mr Sanusi.
Mr Sanusi also explained that by inviting Steven as a speaker from PT EDJS, this IHT is expected to be useful for companies in terms of preventing high-cost repairs, establishing a more secure equipment security system, extending unit and equipment life, increasing productivity by reducing downtime, increasing reliability of units and equipment, and minimizing energy consumption.
Mobile Manufacturing Truck is one of the Company’s important service products. This technology is considered to be capable of cutting the cost of blasting incurred by the client. This mobile explosives factory has the capacity of transporting and mixing raw explosives for final product in the form of Bulk Explosives, Dabex, Danfo to Dawagel, and can be directly inserted into the firing hole
