PT DAHANA (Persero) together with PT Len Industri (Persero) and PT PINDAD (Persero) were successfully able to contribute dividends the country. The Ministry of SoE’S through the Deputy of PISM Sector appreciated the improvement that had taken place in SoE’s strategic industry
“The performance of the SoE’s included in the NDHI in 2018 is getting better than compared to that in the previous years. DAHANA and LEN and PINDAD manage to provide dividends for shareholders,” Hary said.
PT DAHANA (Persero) provided its report to shareholders, starting with the report submitted by the President Director Budi Antono, followed by a response and presentation from the Board of Commissioners. During the occasion, DAHANA’s President Commissioner also appreciated the performance of the Board of Directors and all elements of DAHANA that was considered to have performed well in 2018.
DAHANA’s Board of Commissioners was represented by Vice Admiral TNI Setiadji, Rina Moreta, Rizky Ferianto, and Mustar Bona Ventura, meanwhile, from the Board of Directors were represented by President Director Budi Antono, Director of HR and Finance Asmorohadi, and Director of Operations Bambang Agung. In addition, the Company Secretary Asep Maskandar and several DAHANA employees were also present.
At the end of the event, DAHANA won the Best Material award. The award was received by the President Director Budi Antono. At the end of the event, the participants had a photo session followed by the communal fast breaking meal. (YQ)
