PT DAHANA (Persero), One of state-owned enterprises in the field of explosives held Employee Gathering under the theme of One Heart One Goal. Yogyakarta as Gudeg city became a choice with a message of state-owned enterprises synergy. This event was held on 5 to 7 August 2016 in cooperation with several other state-owned enterprises.
The trip from Jakarta and Subang to Yogyakarta and vice versa using the Extraordinary Railway (KLB) owned by subsidiary of PT KAI with a comfortable carriage. All Participants were treated in a romantic GALA DINNER in the area of Prambanan Temple and treated with Ramayana Ballet in cooperation with one of state-owned enterprises namely PT TWC Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko.
Furthermore, all participants stayed at the Hotel Inna Garuda owned by PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, one of state-owned enterprises located in Malioboro. The local transport modes in cooperation with Perum Damri which also one of the state-owned enterprises.
According to Budi Antono as the President Director of PT DAHANA (Persero), the event aimed to build unity among employees and management as a whole. “In addition, this event is as an expression of gratitude for the achievement of the company’s performance and the effort to increase the solidity of the team work to face the next challenge” Budi Antono said.
Budi Antono also said that this event was also part to build synergies with other state-owned enterprises in order to become role model for other state-owned enterprises for mutual use of the potential of each state-owned enterprise.
“We took four other state-owned enterprises in this activity. Hopefully it will inspire other companies to synergize with each other, one of the state-owned enterprises is in the world of tourism” Budi Antono said.
Besides watching the Ramayana Ballet, all of participants who were numbered of nearly 200 people also participated in the Lava Tour to Mount Merapi and ending with free activities in Malioboro and its surroundings. (Jjs)
