PT DAHANA (Persero), which is a member of Strategic Industry State-owned Enterprises (BUMNIS) participated in Indonesia Business and Development Expo (IBDexpo) 2018 event, held by four state-owned enterprises belonging to NPNC (National Publishing & News Corporation) in Grand City Convention and Exhibition, Surabaya, 6 – 8 October 2018. The event was also supported by State-owned Enterprises Ministry in collaboration with related ministries and institutions.
The international exhibition was intended as a means of promotion, interaction, education, negotiation and transaction among the expo participants and their business partners, customers and stakeholders. The event which was dubbed as the biggest Asia-Pacific business expo involved all the state-owned enterprises, regional-owned enterprises, subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises and some state-owned enterprises of foreign countries.
14 BUMNIS state-owned enterprises participating in IBDexpo 2018 were PT Dahana (Persero), PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), PT Pindad (Persero), PT INTI (Persero), PT LEN Industri (Persero), PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, PT INKA (Persero), PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero), PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero), PT Dok Kodja Bahari (Persero), PT Dok Perkapalan Surabaya (Persero), dan PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (Persero).
The state-owned enterprises operating in strategic industry displayed their excellent products such as PT INKA (Persero) with its Locomotive CC 300, PT Inuki (Persero) with its Radioisotope & Radiofarmaka, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) with CN235-220 Versatile Platform Aircraft and other state-owned enterprises that jointly participated in the BUMNIS Pavillion.
Meanwhile, PT DAHANA (Persero) which operated in explosive products and blasting service displayed commercial explosive for mining, oil and gas, quarry and construction sectors; and Mobile Manufacturing Truck (MMT), which is popularly known as the mobile explosive plant.
This year IBDexpo raised the theme of “Sustainably Developing the Country”. In addition to being an grand event for display of the country’s excellent product, the event also enjoyed supporting events such as State-owned Enterprises Career Opportunity, MURI Record, Archipelago Coffee Festival, Music Concert, Closing Ceremony, Food Centre, Balkondes, State-owned Enterprises Creative House, and RKB Award.
